 Hands-on experience with troubleshooting of Systems and Network related issues

 Basic understanding of OS Technologies and troubleshooting
 Knowledge of Printer /Scanner/multifunction device(MFD) and troubleshooting
 Basic knowledge of Citrix account related troubleshooting (User mgmt./password reset)
 Basic Knowledge of network connectivity, infrastructure & cloud network services and
solutions (AWS, Azure) etc. Hands on experience with end user access management and console (AAD/ O365 account)
 Knowledge/experience of Managing azure virtual machines (VM)/ Azure active directory is
preferable
 Basic knowledge of Satellite Communication Equipment and transmitters is preferable
 Experience with Endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools is preferable B.E /B.Tech /MCA 12+ Years overall experience
