Job Description Team management – Leads a team of DPA/Sr. DPA’s Liaise and align with stakeholders to setup and execute ongoing business intelligence reporting, analytics, including Global Topsheets and Connect Extracts (utilizing various reporting tools) Support processes/formatting for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management Reporting and analysis by driving an on-going focus and improvement in Right First-Time delivery to contribute to client satisfaction. Produce analytical reports as per the specifications received in the input order, also run ongoing reports in the respective platforms Identify any potential gaps in the process and mitigate them Prepare, present the KPIs, achievement summary and project status to clients and stakeholders Need to have analytical ability to investigate issues with the RMS data which is questioned by client as part of Data Inquiry Need to provide timely status report and updates about projects to all the stakeholders Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Stakeholders Willingness to work in shifts and weekends (rotational week offs) Qualifications A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field/Or Degree in Statistics/Maths and Data analytics Advanced skills in MS Excel and ability using VBA to help with process automation and control Solution-oriented approach to problem solving Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables Strong communication and Coordination skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Process- driven mindset Additional Information About NielsenIQ NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company that provides the most complete and trusted view available of consumers and markets worldwide.
