Role Responsibilities Strategy Tracking Server maintenance (User management, access controls, patch applications, storage management). Work with various Application stakeholders monitor and send communications to the stakeholders on Application Environment servers / VMs. Tracking Security Certificate Expiry and renewals. Tech Obsolescence tracking / reporting / follow-ups. SCM Compliance tracking / reporting / follow-ups. Environment allocation monitoring and associated follow-ups. Maintain Prod activities support roasters. Handle DevOps Formal Communications (Newsletters, outage notifications, etc). Business Understand the bank priorities on the strategic initiatives and on the new programs planned further. Processes Adhere to Vx principles and guidelines on all the deliveries and related initiatives. Follow ICS guidelines. Be aware of SDF and TDA rules. Governance Must be aware of the Group&rsquos regulatory framework and is expected to adhere based on the role. Must understand the oversight and controls related to Business Unit, Job Function and deliver. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders CLDM ITO, CLDM Business, Interfacing systems to CLDM (CCIB Business Unit). Other Responsibilities Work on all CCIB CLDM Objectives. Our Ideal Candidate Standard Job Requirements Preferably 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Administration / Management activities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of software development lifecycle using Agile / Waterfall models. Basic understanding on source control, versioning, branching, etc. Fundamental knowledge in DevOps, CI-CD is a plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Technical Competency Must Have Infrastructure Administration (Linux / Unix / Windows Environments). Unix / Windows Shell scripting and basic automation skills. Understanding of Computer Networking and Security. Experience in GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket, JIRA. Experience in risk and compliance, identification, tracking and management. Good to Have Experience in collaborating with product, engineering, and management functions. Knowledge on Container based deployments, Kubernetes. Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure. Presenting ideas, concepts, and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
