About part time job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end sales cycle from contact to closure
2. Maintaining constant communication with clients to understand their requirements
3. Building and supporting long term relationships with prospects
4. Following up regularly on both old and new leads in order to build a healthy pipeline
5. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects matching their investment needs and answering all relevant queries throughout the process
6. Providing an amazing client experience by grasping client requirements & pain-points
7. Updating and creating tailored client proposals and negotiating further until closure
8. Researching and staying updated with all details on existing and new project launches in and around Bengaluru
9. Maintaining good relationships and networking with sales and relationship managers at the builder’s marketing office
10. Maintaining detailed reports on lead status and activity
